The Sat. May 21st Walk-A-Thon will benefit the homeless children of the
York County Shelter Programs.
The Walk/Run begins at 9 a.m. (Registration will open at 7:30 a.m.)
The Walk will start at Mothers’ Beach in Kennebunk. Participants will
earn pledge money for York County Shelter Programs, and bring
awreness of the plight of homeless families with children. You can
pre-register by downloading the registration form on the agency web
site: www.yorkcountyshelterprograms.org
starting March 1, 2011, or calling Joan at 207-324-1137 ex. 105
for a registration form.

Thanks to the generosity of an anonymous donor, a beautiful medal
(as pictured above) will be awarded to the top finishers in the 5K Run and to the top
pledge collectors.
