Tim Janis, world-acclaimed musician, arranger, composer, and conductor, has

once again agreed to volunteer to donate and sign his CD’s at the Shaker Hill

Apple Festival in Alfred, Maine, for the benefit of the York County Shelter

Programs.  He will be participating in the Festival on Saturday, September 24, 2011.

Tim Janis has performed with artists such as Paul McCartney,  Billy Joel, Ray Charles, George Clooney, James Earl Jones, Andre Previn, Emmanuel Ax, Maya Angelou, and the New York Philharmonic and London Symphony.

He is well-known for his “Music With A Mission.”  He has dedicated his time to projects such as cancer and AIDS work, the USO, hospitals, education, homelessness, and global peace.
