Payment for the item must be made by cash, or check or money order made out to
“York County Shelter Programs.” Our mailing address is:

Please make note on the check or money order that the payment has been made
for a specific Shelter bay item.
If a purchaser wishes to buy an item with their credit card through PayPal please
contact Mary Doyle at: mqdoyle@gmail.com to let her know when the
item was purchased through PayPal so she can inform the Accounting Department
at the Shelter.
If the item can not be picked up by the purchaser, then arrangements must be made for shipping the item. Purchaser will pay shipping charges determined by the mail carrier.
Lower bids than the asking price can be made by contacting Mary Doyle by email
If the item does not sell for the asking price after the completion of the Labor Day
weekend, (August 31, 2010), then the person making the highest bid will be able to purchase the item at the price of their lower bid. Please remember when bidding that the money spent on an item will directly benefit the children whom the York County Shelter Programs helps. Thanks.
