Turkey Trot Results

The 2010 Province Lake Golf Turkey Trot was held on Sunday October 24 with 120 golfers participating. The Turkey Trot is held each year to raise money for local food pantries. The course donates greens fees, carts and pizza for all participants and golfers are asked to bring a $45.00 gift card for a local supermarket which is donated. This year, the donations were split among three food pantries:

* Wakefield NH Food Pantry in Wakefield, NH

                                 * York County Shelter Programs Food Pantry in Alfred, ME

                                 * Riverside United Methodist Church Food Pantry in Kezar Falls, ME

Over $5,500 was raised including proceeds from the sale of “Experienced” golf clubs during the event.
