Savings Bank Customers
Dear Friends of York County Shelter Programs:
If you are a customer of Kennebunk Savings Bank, Morris Insurance, and
Kennebunk Financial Services, then you are eligible to vote to help the
York County Shelter Programs by filling out a Community Investment
Ballot.
Votes must be cast for the York County Shelter Programs by April 30, 2010.
Kennebunk Savings Bank recently notified us that the York County Shelter
Programs will be included on their 2010 Customer Ballot which
they will be mailing to customers in March bank statements and in special
mailings. Based on their customers’ votes, Kennebunk Savings commits a portion of its earnings to area non-profits and charitable organizations through this program. Last year, over 220 organizations received support through this program.
Supporters and members of York County Shelter Programs, who are also
Kennebunk Savings Bank customers, are entitled to vote and we urge you
to cast your vote for your favorite charity and we hope it will be York County Shelter Programs! Last year, York County Shelter Programs was awarded a generous grant of $1,364. Each vote, on the average, has been worth at least $20.
Last year Kennebunk Savings Bank received over 7,100 votes for
more than 200 different organizations. Thanks for casting your vote!

To make voting easier, Kennebunk Savings Bank customers can now go
online at www.kennebunksavings.com/ballot and simply enter the code from
their paper ballot. Customers can still vote the way that they have in the past,
by mailing in or dropping off the ballot. It’s all about making it easy for
customers to have their voices be heard.
