Lank Farm is a diversified and self-substaining farm that has been family owned and operated for over 150 years. Established in 1758, before the American Revolution, the farm consists of 300 acres of woods, fields, meadows, and trails. Located in Kennebunk, Maine and just minutes from the beach, the farm is also just a short walk from Mousam Horse and Saddle Club. Bordered by the Kennebunk River on the eastern side and woods, fields, trails and a beautiful preserved wetland on the other it is home to a large horseboarding facility, Christmas tree farm and our own third generation sawmill. We work hard to provide quality equine care and organic products while also recognizing the importance of preserving our farmland and open space for agricultural, environmental and wildlife habitat purposes. We hope it will remain in active farming for many more years to come.
Special thanks to the Lank Farm and all the volunteers associated with this event for their incredible generosity of time and effort. Additional volunteers
are needed. Please call Kathy Lank at 985-4925 or email her at:
lankfarmkbunk@yahoo.com if you would like to help at the event with riding the hay wagon for safety purposes, dressing up in a costume, serving refreshments, or helping with parking.
Thanks also to Gina Martel from Mainely Media for providing the lovely
graphic design at the top of this webpage.
Thanks also to Laua Dolce for arranging to locate the pictures from last
year’s events from the archives of the York County Coast Star.
