We know that the items on the list below are quite expensive. We realize that most people do not have the means to donate such items. We post these items here on this web site in hopes that someday someone might come across one of the items and possibly help in arranging for a donation. Sometimes groups and organizations hold raffles or fund raising activities. Perhaps one of the goals for a fund raiser could be one of these items. We continue to hope for “gigantic dreams” because sometimes they actually can come true!
“Gigantic Dreams” Wish List

-An insulation blower machine to help with insulating the attics and walls and reducing the heating costs of the twenty-six houses owned by the York County Shelter Program.

-A snowblower in good working condition

-A vehicle with a snowplow to plow the Shelter grounds this winter

-A box truck
- A golf cart
- A used van in good working condition for the transport of clients to
appointments and to pick up donations has been desperately needed for quite
some time. Can anyone out there please help us locate one? Your assistance
with this will help so many people.
-- A large farm tractor for the Ray Angers Community Farm
- A commercial washing machine in good condition
- A commercial dryer in good condition
- Vinyl furniture for the living room of the Residential Shelter in new or great
condition
- Donation of 100 picture frames (8”x10”) so that photos of volunteers,
art work of residents, and various York County Shelter Programs’ pictures
can be preserved and hung in the Dining Commons for all to enjoy. (Such
picture frames are available at the various Dollar Stores for a dollar each, but to
complete the project we need quite a lot of them!)
